More than 50 organizations are joining Frontria, a new consortium that aims to develop solutions against disinformation and risks in AI systems.
Fujitsu has founded Frontria, an international consortium focused on combating AI-generated disinformation, vulnerabilities in AI systems, and challenges surrounding regulation. More than 50 organizations from various regions are joining in the first phase. The initiative should lead to concrete applications that improve the reliability and security of digital information.
Worldwide collaboration
Frontria will become a platform where participating organizations exchange technological knowledge and identify joint risks. The group wants to start activities in Japan, Europe, North America, India, Australia and other regions in 2025. The goal is to develop technologies to combat misinformation and support the reliability of AI.

The consortium expects to involve sectors such as finance, insurance, media, entertainment and legal services in new use cases. By the end of 2026, Frontria wants to grow to more than one hundred participating organizations. Participants include companies from various sectors, research institutions and universities from Japan, Europe, India and the United States, among others.
