Easi expands its activities in Luxembourg with the acquisition of Anidris, a local IT infrastructure player. The Belgian company has already invested 15 million euros in the region.

Belgian IT specialist Easi goes shopping in Luxembourg and acquires Anidris. Founded in 2010, Anidris provides services for the design, implementation, and support of IT infrastructure in the Grand Duchy. The company distinguishes itself with local support and an experienced team.

Both Easi and Anidris work with technology partners such as Dell, IBM, and Cohesity. The merger aims to create a broader service offering around hybrid infrastructure, ERP, data analytics, cybersecurity, and compliance with NIS2 and DORA regulations.

Synergy

According to CEO Thomas Van Eeckhout, the plan is to gradually integrate Anidris into Easi’s infrastructure. This way, the company aims to create synergies and further improve its service delivery. Giovanni Cuoco, CEO of Anidris, believes that the complementarity between both companies will allow them to provide broader support to clients, including in ERP, data analytics, and artificial intelligence.

Easi has been active in Luxembourg since 2001 and supports more than 80 clients with its software solutions Adfinity and Spoom. In 2023, it acquired data specialist Kozalys. Today, the company employs 50 people in Luxembourg across three locations.

Easi has already invested more than 15 million euros in its Luxembourg presence over the past years. This new acquisition fits into a broader strategy where Easi aims to expand its international presence.
