The Dutch company DataExpert is purchasing Ado Security, a security firm headquartered in Copenhagen. With this acquisition, DataExpert aims to combine its own expertise in digital forensics and incident response, threat intelligence, governance, risk & compliance, and cyber investigation with the capabilities of Ado Security.

In recent years, Ado Security has built a reputation in the Nordic market thanks to its managed detection and response (MDR) platform and its offensive security services. The company helps organizations strengthen their resilience through continuous monitoring, threat detection, and proactive security testing.
By merging both portfolios, an offering is created that includes proactive security assessments, penetration testing, threat intelligence, continuous monitoring, incident response, digital investigation, compliance, and strategic cyber advice.
Clients of both companies will continue to work with their current teams, but will gain access to broader expertise and international opportunities.
