Conscia plans to acquire the Dutch cloud specialist Open Line.

With the acquisition of the Dutch MSP Open Line, Conscia aims to expand its security and managed services in the Netherlands and the rest of Europe.

Expansion in Various Sectors

The proposed acquisition of Open Line is the largest in Conscia’s history and the seventeenth in five years. Open Line offers managed cloud services and has a strong position in sectors such as healthcare and the public sector. With the acquisition, Conscia aims to expand its presence in regulated markets. The company also expects to grow in sovereign private cloud environments for data storage and processing.

Growth in Cloud, Security, and AI

Conscia aims to build a broader platform for security, cloud, and digital transformation with the acquisition. The combination should also offer new opportunities in eHealth and Data & AI. Investment company Nordic Capital, owner of Conscia since 2019, supports the company’s buy-and-build strategy.

The parties are not disclosing any financial details. The completion of the acquisition is expected by the end of the third quarter or the beginning of the fourth quarter of 2025. The transaction is subject to approval by regulators and advice from the works council.
