Cheops acquires Hello from Turnhout, expanding its range of digital collaboration and modern workplaces.
Managed service provider Cheops acquires Hello to strengthen its position on the Belgian market and deepen its expertise in Microsoft-based solutions. Hello supports organizations with digital communication and productivity, with a strong focus on Microsoft Teams. The company guides clients not only in the technical implementation, but also in the adoption of tools in daily operations.
Focus on adoption and added value
Cheops and Hello have already worked together as partners in recent years. With the integration, Cheops wants to expand its services from mere management and implementation to broader user support. The emphasis here is on the effective use of technology, such as Microsoft Copilot, within business processes.

Hello was founded in 2020 by Koen Van Loon and Peter Batenburg, in the midst of the corona period. The founders responded to the rapid rise of digital communication in hybrid work environments. The company built up experience in guiding employees in the daily use of collaboration and productivity tools.
Central digital workplace
With the acquisition, Cheops wants to help customers centralize collaboration and communication via one integrated platform. In addition, the service focuses on structured and secure document management and on preparing organizations for AI applications such as Copilot.
“This acquisition fits seamlessly with our long-term vision,” concludes Kenny Dierickx, CEO at Cheops. “As a Managed Services Provider, we not only manage technology, but we also actively monitor and improve it. In this way, we help organizations to further develop their business, work more productively and remain agile in the current rapidly changing context.”
