Expansion after CTG acquisition
Cegeka banged open the gates to the U.S. last year after acquiring IT service provider CTG. The new division focuses primarily on the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. The company has experience with sector-specific ERP solutions and is now applying this expertise to the U.S. market.

The US operations will be led by Thomas Nielsen, who has extensive experience in digital transformation and business solutions. He will drive Cegeka’s strategy in the U.S. and help customers implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
Focus on compliance and business processes
Cegeka has already built up experience with the pharmaceutical sector in Europe. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions help companies comply with regulations and optimize business processes. In the US, the focus is on FDA compliance, cGMP standards, quality management and complex supply chain processes.
Cegeka’s international experience is combined with local market knowledge. In the future, the company also wants to expand into other sectors, such as food, beverages and chemicals. The support from the Global Center of Excellence and strategic partnerships should contribute to further growth.
In addition to Benelux and the United States, the Hasselt-headquartered company also has subsidiaries in Germany, Austria, Romania, Moldova, Italy, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Sweden and Greece.
