The Dutch chip company posted record quarterly sales of 9.3 billion euros. The company expects further growth in 2025.
Dutch chip manufacturer ASML achieved record sales in the past fiscal year. Its 2024 annual sales totaled nearly 28.3 billion euros. In the previous year, it posted a profit of 27.6 billion euros. Q4 2024 quarterly sales also broke records at 9.3 billion euros. In 2025, the company plans further growth with estimated sales between 30 and 35 billion euros.
Record quarterly sales
“Our fourth quarter was a record in terms of revenue, with total net sales of 9.3 billion euros and gross margin of 51.7 percent, both above our guidance,” said SML President and Chief Executive Officer Christophe Fouquet. ASML also made progress across the board in 2024. “ASML achieved another record year, closing with total net sales of 28.3 billion euros for 2024 and a gross margin of 51.3 percent, according to Fouquet.

ASML also expects growth to continue into 2025, targeting sales between 30 and 35 billion euros. “In line with our view last quarter, the growth of artificial intelligence is the main driver of growth in our industry. It has caused a shift in market dynamics that does not benefit all our customers equally, creating both opportunities and risks, as evidenced by our 2025 revenue margin,” Fouquet said in the press release.
