Digital signature in Zoom possible through integration DocuSign

Zoom is integrating DocuSign into its platform. Signing digitally within the Zoom platform, therefore, becomes a breeze.

Most things have been given a solid alternative online. Digital signing, on the other hand, is usually even less intuitive. Normally, papers are simply signed during negotiations.

By corona, it was no longer possible to physically appear anywhere to sign a signature, and in video meetings, the options are often still limited.

Zoom helps solve that problem. The communication platform integrates DocuSign’s solution for that purpose. A user can immediately view and digitally sign a document during a Zoom meeting.

“DocuSign eSignature for Zoom enables organizations to reshape negotiations with virtual, personal signing capabilities that speed time to agreement – while building trust and loyalty,” the announcement reads.

DocuSign available

Signing a document digitally with DocuSign is possible as soon as you download the application from the Zoom App Marketplace. After that, a DocuSign button will appear in every video conference you start.

In Teams, DocuSign was also integrated at the end of last year. So different communication platforms continue to look for solutions to make a video meeting as smooth as possible.
