Zoom has expanded the functionality of its AI Companion with new agentive AI capabilities. These enhancements help users save time, perform tasks more efficiently, and improve collaboration, both within Zoom and on external platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Google Meet. The new Zoom AI Companion features are available at no additional cost for all paid Zoom licenses.
Enhanced Collaboration
Zoom has further developed its AI Companion with a range of new features aimed at increasing user productivity. The AI Companion is now integrated with sixteen external applications, including ServiceNow, Jira, Salesforce, Asana, and Box, allowing users to perform tasks without leaving Zoom.

These new capabilities are available through the Custom AI Companion add-on, which is now available online for small businesses. The add-on enables the use of AI Companion across various video conferencing platforms, including Microsoft Teams and Google Meet, with Cisco Webex support coming soon.

The Custom AI Companion add-on also offers specific benefits for small businesses. Entrepreneurs can personalize their meeting summaries with templates, create custom avatars for Zoom Clips, and enhance meetings with intelligent AI-generated clips. Additionally, meetings can be seamlessly transferred to other platforms, ensuring more efficient management of meeting information and follow-up actions.
