Lenovo has expanded its Hybrid AI Advantage portfolio with new services, solutions, and platforms to help businesses with AI adoption and deployment. The new AI Adoption and Change Management Services focus on training, engagement, and governance to better prepare employees for AI use.
Additionally, Lenovo introduces infrastructure, such as the ThinkSystem SR680a V4, for AI workloads. Sector-specific solutions support applications in manufacturing, retail, and hospitality, among others, in collaboration with technology partners like Nvidia and Centific.
Support for AI adoption
The expansion includes the new AI Adoption and Change Management Services, through which Lenovo helps organizations prepare and guide their employees towards AI use. The approach starts from personas and best practices and aims to ensure better training, more engagement, and higher ROI.
Key components of this service include the AI People Readiness Assessment, personalized training programs, Copilot adoption, and AI governance support. The aim is to lower barriers for employees and integrate AI responsibly into the corporate culture.

At the same time, the company introduces new infrastructure, including the ThinkSystem SR680a V4 with Intel Xeon 6 CPU “s and NVIDIA B300 GPU” s. These systems are designed for intensive AI workloads and promise faster performance than previous generations.
Various sectors
In addition to infrastructure and support, Lenovo also offers sector-specific AI solutions that address concrete applications in manufacturing, retail, hospitality, and more.
Examples include AI solutions for quality control in factories, crowd analysis in retail spaces, and real-time compliance with safety measures via camera footage. These solutions are developed in collaboration with ISVs such as Trifork, Avathon, WaitTime, and Centific, and are optimized for use in combination with Nvidia technology, among others.
Furthermore, Lenovo is working with Cisco, IBM, and Nvidia to develop hybrid AI platforms. These combine hardware, networks, and software in validated designs for companies looking to scale their AI activities. For instance, Lenovo offers a platform for the development and management of generative AI models with IBM watsonx. With Cisco, the focus is on faster network performance through Spectrum-X technology.
