Adobe is introducing the latest update to Frame.io at the Adobe MAX event with improved workflows and new integrations within the Camera to Cloud ecosystem.
Adobe launched an updated version of Frame.io at the Adobe MAX conference. This update focuses on streamlining collaboration for creative teams and now offers support for video, photography and design. In addition, Canon, Nikon and Leica have joined Frame.io’s Camera to Cloud ecosystem, providing a faster and more secure way to send media from the set to post-production teams. The latest version of Frame.io is rolling out today.
Creative workflows
The new version of Frame.io extends its applications to photography and design, in addition to its existing video functionality. This enables teams to centrally manage media and assets and make feedback rounds more efficient. In addition, Frame.io introduces enhanced metadata workflows, allowing creative teams to more easily navigate their projects and organize assets into “Collections.” This simplifies the management of reviews and approvals, for example.

This significantly speeds up the process from recording to post-production.
Better collaboration
Frame.io is used by more than four million users worldwide, including well-known brands such as Google and Pepsi. The new generation offers enhanced streaming capabilities, faster previews and updated integrations with Adobe Premiere Pro and Lightroom.
