Google is launching a new feature in Android to protect users from unwanted Bluetooth tracking.
Android’s unknown tracker alerts automatically notify users when an unknown bluetooth tracker moves along. To scale up this security a bit more, Google is implementing improvements that will get you even faster and more frequent alerts. Two new features compatible with “Find My Device” are being added. From now on, users can temporarily pause their location and easily find out the location of the unwanted tracker.
Detecting unknown trackers
Google is launching two new features that allow users to detect unknown Bluetooth trackers more quickly. The first feature allows users to temporarily pause their location. This allows you to prevent your device’s location from being used by a detected unknown tag for up to 24 hours. This allows you to take action faster, locate the tag and disable it.

Android lets you easily track unknown bluetooth trackers
With the second new feature “search nearby,” you can determine the tag’s location after an unknown tracker alert. Your Android phone then directs you to the tag to know where it came from.
