IT company Level27 acquires sector peer Xenius. The acquisition aims to lead to a broader range of services and more expertise within the combined team.
Level27 has acquired the Belgian hosting company Xenius. Both companies will continue to operate independently but will collaborate more closely. Xenius customers will retain their existing contacts and services. At the same time, they will gain access to Level27’s broader infrastructure and expertise.
Broader Offering and Scalable Infrastructure
Xenius operates as a managed service provider focusing on cloud and data center services. Level27 provides web hosting and IT solutions for businesses. According to Level27, both companies share the same vision of customer-focused IT services.
The acquisition expands the combined team to 25 employees. Customers can now rely on a more extensive portfolio of IT services, more support, and a more stable infrastructure. The integration is also expected to contribute to future investments in scalability and reliability.
Growth Ambition at Level27
For Level27, the acquisition is part of a larger growth strategy. The company aims to triple in size over the coming years. The strengthening of the team and the additional expertise from Xenius are expected to help achieve this.
According to Level27, the collaboration primarily means an expansion of possibilities for customers of both companies. The familiar faces remain, but the service package becomes broader. Both companies will continue to operate under their own names. Financial details of the acquisition have not been disclosed.
“Our mission is simple: relaxed online. With Xenius on board, we make that promise even stronger”, says Peter Fastré, CEO of Level27.
