delaware Belux announces the acquisition of ML2Grow, a Belgian player in AI and machine learning.
delaware Belux acquires ML2Grow. With the acquisition, the IT service provider aims to expand its offerings in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with applications in business processes and applications. ML2Grow brings expertise in areas such as computer vision, AI engineering, data science, and the construction of custom models.

By joining forces, we can tackle the increasingly complex challenges surrounding AI adoption. This shortens the time-to-value and creates intelligent end-to-end solutions that determine how organizations work and innovate,” says Joeri Ruyssinck, CEO of ML2Grow.
Broader offer
With the integration, delaware adds skills in computer vision, natural language processing, and machine learning operations. The combined team is expected to grow to more than 85 experts. delaware states that this will enable it to better respond to the increasing demand for AI projects and guide customers from proof-of-concepts to implementations that are more broadly embedded in the organization.
