ACA Group strengthens its position in Flanders by acquiring vBridge, a Ghent-based company specializing in cloud solutions and IT infrastructure management.

ACA Group announces the acquisition of vBridge. With this acquisition, ACA Group expands its expertise in cloud technology and gains access to additional knowledge about Google Cloud. vBridge will continue to operate from Ghent and will be integrated into the existing structure of ACA Group.

vBridge offers customized solutions for cloud environments, automates business processes, and manages IT infrastructure for clients such as DPG Media, Natuurpunt, and Kadonation. Through integration with ACA Group, the vBridge team gains access to a larger network and additional support. ACA was already active on AWS and Microsoft Azure, and with this acquisition, it brings more experience in-house in the areas of Google Cloud and SUSE Rancher.

The collaboration is expected to increase ACA Group’s technical capabilities and flexibility. According to ACA, customer operations at vBridge will remain largely unchanged. Clients will continue to work with their trusted contacts but will gain access to a broader range of expertise within the group.

Shared Vision on Cloud

Both ACA Group and vBridge emphasize their shared vision of technology as a means to help clients move forward, not as an end in itself. The focus is on a pragmatic approach and close collaboration with clients. The acquisition fits within ACA Group’s broader growth strategy, which seeks partners that focus on quality, sustainability, and human-centered values.

ACA Group has offices in Hasselt, Leuven, Antwerp, and Ghent. The company offers IT services in the areas of software development, digital transformation, and cloud solutions. With the addition of vBridge, ACA strengthens its presence in East and West Flanders.
