Acer introduces business AiOs and desktops with previous generation Intel CPUs

Acer introduces three new compact All-in-One computers, aimed at the business market. The manufacturer is also launching a new desktop with room for a powerful Nvidia GPU.

At CES, Acer introduced three business All-in-One computers: the Veriton Vero 4000 and Vero 6000. These devices have an Intel Core Ultra 9 Series 2 CPU inside. That is a chip from Intel’s previous generation, and thus not a Series 3 Panther Lake processor. The devices have up to 64 GB of DDR5 memory on board.

Both AiOs have a screen diagonal of 23.8 inches and a resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels. With this, Acer opts for a 16:9 screen ratio that is ideal for multimedia. This is striking for a device aimed at the business market, where 16:10 has become the norm. The maximum brightness of 250 nits is also on the meager side.

Acer does provide a webcam with a resolution of 5 MP. The manufacturer points to the MIL-STD 810H standard for robustness, although we find that somewhat less relevant for an AiO. Hopefully, screens and desktops at your workplace do not regularly fall off the desk onto the floor.

Desktop

The manufacturer is also introducing the Veriton 2000: a smaller brother of the above models. The AiO takes a maximum of an Intel Core Ultra 7 CPU, again from the Series 2 line-up. Furthermore, the specifications are very similar. Screen size, resolution, brightness and the 64 GB of RAM that you can configure at most are identical.

Acer is also launching a desktop: the Acert Veriton 2000 Large Tower. That system also has CPUs from Intel’s previous generation on board, but that is not surprising. Core Ultra Series 3 for the desktop is not yet available.

The desktop offers space for a maximum of an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5080. Acer refers to SMEs and specifically has creative professionals in mind. The device comes with a maximum of 64 GB of RAM.

Availability

Acer does not yet share any prices for availability for Europe, and the timing also remains vague. All announced systems should be on the shelves in the first quarter of 2026.
