ServiceNow has launched an AI platform supported by AI Control Tower.

ServiceNow introduces a new AI platform at its annual Knowledge conference that integrates every AI agent and AI model within a single business platform.

AI, Data, and Workflows on One Platform

During Knowledge 2025 in Las Vegas, ServiceNow presented an updated version of its AI platform. The solution is designed to connect various AI agents, models, and data sources within one central system. With this, the company aims to counter fragmentation in AI initiatives and help businesses realize their full AI potential. The new integrations with partners such as Microsoft, Nvidia, Google, and Oracle form an important part of this.

Adobe, Aptiv, the NHL, Visa, and Wells Fargo are already using the updated platform. Adobe uses AI agents for password resets and certificate management, among other things. Visa is implementing a jointly developed solution for dispute management, based on AI capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.

New Building Blocks and Control Mechanisms

The platform contains several new components. The AI Control Tower functions as a control center for managing internal and external AI agents, models, and workflows. The AI Agent Fabric ensures that AI agents can communicate and coordinate across tools and teams. ServiceNow is also introducing an AI-driven CRM solution that unites sales, service, and customer relationships.

A notable newcomer is the Nemotron 15B, a reasoning model developed in collaboration with NVIDIA. The model is designed to make AI agents work faster and more efficiently. Furthermore, ServiceNow University is being launched, a learning platform aimed at helping companies familiarize employees with the new AI capabilities.

With this launch, ServiceNow aims to support companies in their transition from small-scale AI pilots to full operational integration. The updates are part of a broader strategy around AI, data, and workflows that will be further elaborated on during the event.
