ThinkShield Solutions offers protection against data breaches, ransomware, and other cyber threats. The package combines various technologies and works with multiple security layers. Lenovo calls this defense-in-depth. This way, Lenovo aims to limit the risk of incidents and reduce pressure on IT teams.

3 Solutions, 3 Partners

One of the components is ThinkShield Extended Detection & Response (XDR). This solution, developed in collaboration with SentinelOne, uses AI to automatically detect and address cyber attacks. The technology works across platforms and can simultaneously monitor systems such as email, cloud, and network.

Additionally, there is ThinkShield Data Defense Select, which was developed together with Cigent. This solution secures files from the moment of creation to deletion. Security happens at the file level and within the storage itself, with additional protection via encryption and multi-factor authentication.

A third component is ThinkShield Hardware Defense, developed with Sepio. This software maps all connected hardware. This gives IT teams better insight into the devices within the network. The tool also signals vulnerabilities, allowing for faster intervention in case of risks.

The ThinkShield Solutions are now available. Lenovo targets organizations looking for reliable security without extensive IT infrastructure. The company aims to position itself as a one stop shop for security in collaboration with established names in the security world, starting from its position as a hardware manufacturer.
