With Frontier, OpenAI states it is inspired by how human employees are framed within an enterprise. The platform provides shared context, clear onboarding, feedback mechanisms, and defined rights. Starting within Frontier, an agent can be created using natural language. Frontier connects existing data sources and applications, such as data warehouses, CRM systems, and ticketing tools.
