Belgian and Dutch users can now subscribe to the ChatGPT Go subscription.
ChatGPT Go is a cheaper subscription that is now available in Belgium and the Netherlands. For four euros per month, OpenAI is targeting users who use ChatGPT more often for work, study or research, but do not want to pay 23 euros for a Plus subscription.
GPT-5 without limits
With ChatGPT Go you get access to GPT-5, the same model as with the more expensive Plus subscription. This means that you get more accurate and less standard answers. Especially with writing and research, according to OpenAI, you would notice a difference: answers are better aligned with the context of your question.
The usage limits are also higher, but not unlimited. In the free version you cannot send many messages in a row, Go allows you to work longer without interruption. According to OpenAI, this makes it more suitable for longer work sessions or deadlines.
More memory and files
ChatGPT Go can better remember longer conversations and documents. This is useful when analyzing reports, papers or other large projects. Uploading files is also faster: spreadsheets, PDFs and notes can be combined and summarized more easily, without quickly reaching limits.
However, Go does not completely replace Plus. You cannot choose a different model, Sora is missing and there are still limits with a lot of data or extremely long sessions. For heavy professional workflows, Plus or Pro remains the better choice.
