The Vision AI activities, which were previously part of the same business unit, are excluded from the deal. These components, including Ipsotek acquired in 2021, will remain with Eviden. They will be reorganized into a separate business unit focusing on AI, data, and security. The activities are involved in AI-driven video analysis, such as crowd management and visual quality control.

Expected completion in 2026

According to Atos, the transaction is expected to be completed in 2026. In the coming weeks, the involved parties aim to sign a binding agreement. The deal still requires approval from regulators and the involved employee representatives.

Atos’ Advanced Computing division is expected to generate revenue of approximately 800 million euros in 2025. The valuation of the spun-off activities was confirmed by an independent expert. Atos emphasizes that the financial plan until 2028, as presented during the Capital Markets Day, remains unchanged despite the intended spin-off.
