Check Point announces the acquisition of Lakera, an AI-native security platform for Agentic AI applications. With this acquisition, Check Point aims to deliver a complete end-to-end security stack designed to protect enterprises throughout their AI journey. The transaction is expected to be completed in Q4 2025.
AI Expands Attack Surface

Check Point already offers security solutions for AI developments including GenAI Protect, SaaS and API security, advanced data loss prevention, and machine learning-powered defense for applications, cloud, and endpoints. With Lakera, Check Point expands these capabilities to deliver one of the first end-to-end AI security stacks in the industry.
